Might I just ad, merely seconds ago, Mr. Axe attempted to rob the Los Santod bank. I, being an LEO went to handle the situation. When I entered the bank I found he was not there but instead waiting in an alley way firing at me and Keiren as we entered.

Apparently, I've had to deal with him for abusing /report, /ad AND /newb, that's why I muted him from those commands, I also have SS of him doing as well and I will post them if asked to by Mark. But clearly this is case that Needs to be solved by this player getting banned, as he already has done this to make new players leave. So in this case, I vote for this player to be
