Complaint against Jake_Watson [CA]

I have evidence of Jake_Watson:
-Acting non-RPly
-Meta-gaming
-Power-gaming

First of all Jake places several advertisements which say something like "All cops are bastards".
I, being FBI. Charge him with Violation of the FCC, which happens in real life for placing advertisements that advertise drugs, weapons, prostitution or are offensive. In the following images you can clearly see Jake calling me, I tell him that he could not RPly get this number. He said his brother worked at the Phone Company and he gave him my number. I told him that the FBI Directors private phone would first of all, have so much encryption and security on it that I doubt his mother know his number. Then he continued to ignore me and asked to join the FBI. I'll let the images speak for themselves.

I would like to see Jake stripped from his role as a Community Advisor. A while before this incident hew was only a helper. Now, he's a CA. After he was faction kicked by an Admin for Non-RP behavior. I would like to see someone more deserving become a CA and I would also like for Mr. Watson to be prisoned and warned.
